Quali AI Terms of Service

Overview

These terms govern access to the Quali AI public website and any controlled Quali AI product access made available to you by Quali Compliance. If you use Quali AI on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

A signed order form, business associate agreement, data processing agreement, or other written contract may contain additional or different terms. If there is a conflict, the signed written agreement controls for the covered use.

Accounts and Access

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Quali AI may require additional authentication, authorization, and security controls before allowing access to protected product areas.

Google Sign-In

Google sign-in is used only to authenticate eligible users and connect them to authorized Quali AI accounts. Signing in with Google does not by itself grant facility, customer, or administrative access. Quali AI still applies its own authorization checks.

No PHI Through Public Surfaces

Do not submit protected health information, resident records, patient records, or confidential facility clinical data through the public website, marketing forms, email links, or unauthenticated surfaces. PHI-capable workflows require the appropriate written agreements, security controls, and authorized production environment before use.

Healthcare and Regulatory Use

Quali AI is intended to support qualified human review of healthcare compliance workflows. It does not replace professional clinical judgment, legal judgment, regulatory judgment, facility policy review, or official government determinations. Users are responsible for reviewing outputs and recommendations before relying on them.

Acceptable Use

• Do not attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, monitoring, or security controls.
• Do not submit unlawful, harmful, infringing, or malicious content.
• Do not use Quali AI to make automated clinical, employment, insurance, or legal decisions.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the service.
• Do not represent Quali AI output as an official CMS, surveyor, legal, or clinical determination.

Intellectual Property

Quali AI, the website, product design, software, documentation, logos, and related materials are owned by Quali Compliance or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from Quali AI materials except as allowed by a written agreement or applicable law.

Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website or service. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updated terms are posted means you accept the updated terms.

Disclaimers and Limits

The public website and any pre-release features are provided as available unless a signed agreement states otherwise. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quali Compliance disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the public website or service.
